Robert Camp was Managing Partner at leading law firm Stephen Scown for 11 years before starting his own business consulting business in July 2020. Robert approached us to develop an identity for his business and to design and build a website.

From the first call, we knew this would be a great project to work on. Robert gave us a blank canvas with his only requirement being ‘Make me look different. I don’t want to look like a dull lawyer! Oh, and I love cycling.’

Our initial logo design ideas focused on the theme of ‘cadence’ – how to gear up efficiently. Appropriate for cycling as well as for business! The final logo uses red and black, hints at cycling and captures the growth element.

The photoshoot we commissioned and project managed was as mich about bringing out Robert’s personality as about generating appropriate images for PR and the website. Again, we wanted him to look natural, relaxed and consultative. With his cycling accessories and his favourite road bike, we took him onto Woodbury Common for some great action shots!

The website uses natural flow shapes and a-symmetrical imagery to reinforce the ‘different’ message and is strongly branded. We set up accounts and integrated the website with MailChimp for Robert’s new newsletter mailing list and with YouTube for his ‘Genie’ videos.

Robert provides one-to-one coaching, training, interactive workshops, strategy sessions and away-days tailored to a client’s business needs. His independent view comes out in his logo and website – we’re really pleased with it and more importantly, so is Robert.
